Alexis K. Courtney is a management consultant, financial strategist, and project management professional with over a decade of experience helping government agencies, nonprofits, and mission-driven organizations achieve operational excellence and sustainable growth.
She holds a Master of Science in Finance and certifications as a PMP, Certified Scrum Master, Technology Business Management practitioner, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, a combination that pairs financial rigor with agile delivery and a bias for measurable results.
Her career spans federal and state government, healthcare, and the nonprofit sector, giving her a working understanding of the regulatory, budgetary, and mission-driven pressures her clients face. She has led multi-million-dollar program offices, designed enterprise financial frameworks, and guided leadership teams through complex organizational change.
